The following things that are changed are:

Ores look exactly the same as stone. The nether ores look like netherack instead, and gilded blackstone looks like blackstone.

All hazards such as water, cacti, sweet berry bushes, magma blocks and so on are invisible or blend into their surroundings. Sadly I couldn't make lava invisible due to how resource packs work, so I made it look like stone instead.

All hostile mobs are invisible. The only exceptions are the spider and phantom because I couldn't get their eyes to disappear.

You can not see your heath, hunger, armor, or air bars.

Farming is much harder, all crops except for melons and pumpkins will always look like their first growth stage.

Numbers are removed from the font, so you won't know how many items are in a stack or your coordinates in F3.

All tools look like sticks, except for miscellaneous tools like flint and steel, buckets, bows and more as they are invisible.

If you manage to beat this you are insane.
