v1.1 now allows you to set a cooldown for warping if players are nearby! Thanks for 100 downloads!

This plugin allows each player on the server to create private warps. Very similar to McPvP's/McTeam's private warping plugin.
Every single message is configurable with color codes!

for example: kwarps.5 would allow the player to have a maximum of 5 warps.
