Let’s do Wine!

 Vinery contains nearly everything needed for not only creating wine but also for building up your own vinery.

1.1.0 Update – Vintage & Apples 

• Introducing Wine Vintage: Each Wine will now show his Year of Production. As older a Wine gets as stronger the effects will be. 16 ingame days count as a year and each wine has 6 different stages. While stage I has the same effect as a usual potion while older wine has the same effect as Stage II, III, et cetera
• Added some usage for apples: You can now craft pies, creates, cider and – of course – apple wine. Get yourself some apples, squish them by using the press use the mashed apples to craft some of the new items! 🙂
• REI is finally working 100% 
• More Wine – now bringing custom effects (but please dont expect too much – at least for now :))
• FarmersDelight compat has been added to the cooking pot. Also the cooking pot got some additional stages and some freshly made textures – hope youre gonna like it! 
• I’ve also been thinking about a lot of your suggestions and included most of them. Thank you!

Getting started

You’ll need to find grapevine bushes to gather your first grapes and grape seeds. If you cant find any a Wandering Winemaker will make visit from time to time maybe offering some seeds. Seeds can also rarely be found by cutting grass or in villages. 

After harvesting your first Grapes can either just eat them or put them into a Pot and crush them by jumping and walking around in it. Then you can extract Grapejuice by using Empty Winebottles. Filled Winebottles can be refined in a Barrel by using extra Ingredients such as Sweetberries, Honey and so on. Different sort of Grapejuice and Ingredients result in different Wine. 

Recipe advancements will guide you through a bit. Just follow them, find out, experiment and most important of all: have fun doing it. 

Regarding Forge

Vinery was written as a fabric mod and will always mainly stay a fabric mod.
A Forge Port is available but might miss some small features, cleanups and improvements. Porting to other Versions just as the upcoming 1.19.3 Update will be done but will take  a bit longer much longer. 🙂

I didn’t playtest the forge Version as much as the fabric Version so it would be really helpful if you report all issues by using the “Issues” Tab.
