Description
These origins are meant for Momo's Survival 1.16 mod pack. All of these work, but need a few mods:

You can either download the version that disables all standard Origins, or the version that doesn't. If you're going to be playing in a hardcore circumstance, I don't recommend the standard Origins.
Current Origins:
Grung:
Poison-Touched: Grung are known for their slimy skin which, on contact applies a poison effect.
Hold Breath: Press secondary while underwater to hold your breath for 5 minutes.
Poison Skin: As a Frogman your skin is poisonous.
Sticky: Because of the slime on your skin you're slow on land.
Wet Eyes: Your vision underwater is perfect.
Aqua Affinity: You may break blocks underwater as others do on land.
Fins: Your underwater speed is increased.
Like Water: When underwater, you do not sink to the ground unless you want to.
Elf:
Elven Passage: You feel more comfortable when connected to nature, when you can see the sky you gain Speed II.
Lack of Land: When you leave heavily forested or taiga biomes you become sluggish.
Frail Constitution: Elves aren't known for their destructive capabilities, they permanently suffer from Mining Fatigue I.
Foraging: When you break tall grass you get the chance of harvesting apples, berries, or wheat.
Meditation: When you toggle the main ability key you meditate gaining health through your connection with nature.
Dwarf:
Spelunker: When you're underground you gain the ability to see in the dark.
Prospecting: When mining you have a minor chance of prospecting valuable ores.
Dwarven Haste: Dwarves have a knack for mining, when you mine any form of stone you gain Haste II.
Dwarven Hunger: When you're out of the mine you feel hungry.
Stout: As a Dwarf, you are smaller than others.
Kobold:
Pack Tactics: When nearby others players you gain a pack advantage, giving yourself Strength II and others in the pack Strength I.
Natural Claws: Kobolds have sharp claws, allowing for them to do major damage without any form of item in hand.
Natural Leather Armor: When you are not wearing armor or are wearing any piece of armor under Leather you gain additional armor.
Small Stature: Because of your small stature you have decreased health.
Ravenous: When you are in any extreme temperature you gain a ravenous hunger.
Insulating Fur: Your fur allows you to bear extreme temperatures.
Gnome:
Gnome's Luck: Gnomes are known for being lucky in most scenarios, allowing for them to escape otherwise deadly situations or get artifacts.
Tiny: As a Gnome, you are smaller and have less health than others.
Light Weight: When you fall you take less damage than others.
Gnome Dodge: As a lucky Gnome, you have the chance of dodging any attack and a higher chance of dodging an attack that threatens your life.
Garden Gnome: When you press the primary button you are rendered immobile for 30 seconds with an increased chance to avoid all damage.
Treant:
Giant: As a Treant you are massive in nature.
Bark-skinned: As a tree, you are colored like a tree.
Photosynthesis: When you toggle the main ability key you root yourself into the ground, gaining back hunger. You need to be under direct sunlight.
Sap Transfusion: As a Treant, you have the ability to take some of your hunger and turn it into health for any ally you right-click on. You also have random crop growth surround you.
No Stomach: You can't eat food.
Orc:
Rage: As an Orc, your rage is strong, giving you extra will and strength to fight. Press your primary ability button to gain Strength II and Resistance II for a period of time.
Giant: As an Orc you are massive in nature.
Thick Skin: Orcs have thick skin, giving them both higher vitality and better natural armor.
Brutish Hunger: Orcs are naturally hungry.
