This simple mod add slabs and stairs of wool, textures refers to minecraft vanilla texture, so texture pack will be applied on them to. 

They can be placed as others vanilla slabs and stairs.

With vanilla textures on the left, and with Clarity | Pixel Perfection [32x] [1.16] Texture pack on the right
