Description
MuteMan
Time based mute system: mute\unmute players, forever or some time. Add some permissions to muted users (and bring them back when unmute), or add some group to him (only for PermissionsEx!).
Wrote swear list and plugin will damage players when they use this words, and if they dont stop – just mutes they.

Commands:
