Put this together in like 40 minutes as a joke, but here it is.
I don't expect to update it ever again unless people really wanted me to for some reason.
For the actual modders out there: Don't take the code in this seriously. I know the right way to make it should've been using blockstates but I didn't want to waste any more time on it, give me a break!
As for the actual user, yes you! Have fun, don't know why you'd want this though.
NOTE: The cake can provide a negative effect randomly because you really shouldn't be consuming netherite.
