Description
NewWizzer is a plugin whose purpose is to awaken or just bothering people!
What can I do with Wizzer ?
With Wizzer, you can nudge your friends to wake them up, and even disturb them!
Wizzer sends a sound and a message to a player !
Commands/Permissions

| /wizzcooldown [time] | wizzer.admin | See or set the cooldown between each Wizz (default: 5sec). |
| /wizzcooldownwa [time] | wizzer.admin | See or set the cooldown between each Wizzall (default: 25sec). |
| /wizzlang [lang(ex: fr/en)] | wizzer.admin | Change the language in game (and reload the plugin) ! (default: en) |
Configuration
Configure the plugin with config.yml in plugins/NewWizzer on your server, to change the cooldown and the language !
Default language: English
Available languages: English and French !
You can do "/wizzlang [your language]" in-game, a file "[your language].yml will be created, just open it and make your own language file ! Just do a /wizzreload or /wizzlang [your language] to refresh, and it works !
- language – used to set the language.
- cooldown-time – used to set how long is the cooldown simple wizz
- cooldown-time-wa – used to set how long is the cooldown for wizzall
- sound 1 and 2 – you can choose one or two sounds that a wizz made

Permissions
There is the list of the available permissions.
- wizzer.use – is used when you want to give the right to group or a player to send Wizz
- wizzer.wizzall – is used when you want to give the right to group or a player to send Wizz to every one !
- wizzer.admin – is used when the administrator wants to give the plugin a player or group rights (reload, set the cooldown, etc …)
- wizzer.nocooldown – is used when you want to remove the cooldown to a player or group
