NiceMobs
Stop mobs from attacking players or breaking things on your server. This is great for any server where fighting mobs is not a part of the gameplay, such as skyblock, creative, minigames, etc, and also has per-world support. This plugin disables almost everything mobs do that's bad, other than walking around.
