No Friction Mod (Fabric)

This is a recreation of Fundy's no friction mod made for the Fabric modloader!

Features:
Sets every block's slipperiness in the game to exactly 1.1.
This makes it so whenever you stop on any block in the game, your horizontal velocity stays constant until you move again.
