For what is this plugin

• You dont want your chat getting spammed with msgs that go to everyone? Then this is the plugin you need!
• This plugin will stop players from paying/msging everyone (msg * * or /pay * *)(essentials commands)

Permissions

• nomassmessage.ignore – Lets you use the blocked commands.
• nomassmessage.warning – You get a warning when a player trys to do msg * * ect.

Config

• The config is for the commands that are not allow to be used with * * (/<command> * * hey everyone!).
• you can just add more commands if you want to.
