Ore Halving

The most non-tech mod out there, everyone knows that what defines a mod as a tech mod is the ore doubling :^). 
Halve your ores, instead of doubling them. 
The """machine""" doesn't require energy, it's not a tech-mod after all lol.
  

This mod is designed for the Fabric ModLoader and requires the Fabric API.
  

Do not ask for backports, it doesn't even make sense, raw ores were implemented in 21w14a.
