Well, I've got your back!
With these little things: 
Health Pickups is a mod that adds configurable healing entities that are dropped when Living Entities are killed by a player. It's an easy way of rewarding your modpack's players for fighting a ton like the gladiators they are or just a fun addon to make the experience easier for those who aren't so good at PvE.
You're a modpack creator and you're worried that those pesky players of yours might get stacks of health items from this mod? Well don't worry anymore because this mod uses the magic of Entities so they aren't pickable.
Or are you unsatisfied of the chance of spawning/amount of health/animation/the fact that the entity follows players or the fact that it spawns when passive/monster/other types of entities from mods drop a Health pickup? Just go to your modpack directory click on the "config" folder and edit the "healthpickups-common.toml" file to your liking!
