Potion Effects Description:
This server plugin adds many commands for the player to use. The uses for the plugin are that you can type /health, for the effects of the health potion.
This Adds many commands that can be used to give you, and your players a potion effect with a cooldown of 15 seconds, Soon a possible feature will be to say how long the delay is.
