You need a MySQL database and a CloudSystem / Plugin which will reset the world after each restart. I recommend the plugin EasyMapReset.

Befehle und Permissions
/build – build in the lobby phase – skywars.build
/setup – setup the plugin – skywars.setup
/start – starts the game – skywars.start
/coins – show your coins
/stats – show your stats (It is also possible to call stats from other players)

Vor ungefähr einem Jahr im Juli 2017 habe ich erstmals dieses Plugin auf SpigotMC veröffentlicht und jetzt ist es leicht überarbeitet wieder da es wird auch wieder Updates erhalten. Ich wünsche dir viel Spaß damit 
Du benötigst eine MySQL Datenbank und ein CloudSystem/Plugin was die Welt nach jedem Restart zurücksetzt. Ich empfehle euch das Plugin EasyMapReset.
