Random World Spawn Radius

Hello. 

This mod adds only a single feature: Once you log in the world, it sets world spawn to 5,000 block radius. That means you will spawn in random spot in 5,000 blocks radius unless you have a bed or /spawnpoint set.

Enjoy the mod, you are free to use it in any modpack 🙂
