Renewable concrete.

The idea here is to make concrete obtainable without having to make the desert ugly.

Concrete needs two material to make:
1) gravel
Which can be obtained by Piglin
2) Sand
As we know you can get soul sand from Piglin so just smelt the nether out of it and convert it to normal sand.

This Datapack lets you get both items from the same source.
