Repurposed Structures – New TARDIS Mod Datapack Compat

Add this datapack to the game to add compatibility between Repurposed Structures and New TARDIS Mod. The massive Observatories can be found in RS's Overworld Villages and does include their telescope workstation block for their villager profession.
