Welcome to Restrictor – a simple event disabler/restrictor

Restrictor is a Plugin which can enable/disable some player actions (events)

/restrictor Main command from Restrictor – r.use
/build [off/on] Turns on GlobalProtection (nobody can breake/place blocks; even OP's or Admins) – r.build
/drop [off/on] Disable/Enable dropping of items – r.drop
/chat [off/on] Turns on GlobalMute (similar to /mute, but mutes ALL players, the OP's and Admins, too) – r.chat

-=-= Why to use Restrictor? =-=-

Restrictor has only 3 commands so far but I will maybe add some more useful commands.
And now, why to use it:
– Case 1: A griefer is on your server. You are in panic because you dont know, what to do? Here's the answer: Restrictor!
just type in /build off and the griefer won't be able to break or place ANY blocks. (a command for disabling WorldEdit at this point will be
added with option: /build off -we)
– Case 2: Oh, no! Spambots are attacking your server with chat spam and reconnect flood. There's also an command: /chat off
It'll disable the chat until you type: /chat on
