Description:

SimpleSMPHardcore is a plugin that allows you to set hardcore mode per world. This means that when they die in a world that has hardcore enabled, they will only be unable to access that world in particular, instead of the entire server. This plugin was created on request, and is the largest/most time consuming plugin I have ever created.

Commands:

Command Usage Description
hcban /hcban Will return all available commands.
ban /hcban ban <player> <world> Manually ban a player from a world.
disable /hcban disable <world> Disables hardcore for specified world.
default /hcban default Sets location players will respawn after dying in hardcore.
enable /hcban enable <world> Enables hardcore for specified world.
info /hcban info <player> Gives you information on the player (worlds he/she is currently banned from).
list /hcban list <index> Lists all players that have been banned (from hardcore).
reset /hcban reset Resets all hardcore bans.
unban /hcban unban <player> <world> Manually unban a player from a specific world.

Permissions:

hc.* All hardcore permissions op
hc.ban Access to /hc ban op
hc.bypass Hardcore deaths are forgiven op
hc.disable Access to /hc disable op
hc.default Access to /hc default op
hc.enable Access to /hc enable op
hc.info Access to /hc info op
hc.list Access to /hc list op
hc.reset Access to /hc reset op
hc.unban Access to /hc unban op

Things worthy of mention:

  • You will need to run /hc default, otherwise an error will occur when someone dies in a hardcore world.
  • Don't tamper with the config. Config is my way of saving and loading information necessary for the plugin to run correctly.
