Sky Rift

Description: Sky Rift is a mod that adds many features that do not fit into the game and is currently in beta and is not properly playable in survival and will be updated a large sum before official release and will be updated after release the actual name of sky Rift is just Rift but that was taken so I named it sky Rift

WIP Features:

1 Classes: There will be 4 classes in the mod the warrior who will tank damage and deal hefty sums of damage the rogue who will take initiative by performing stealth attack until there noticed at that point they'll use mobile ability's to avoid attacks and will use ranged weapons due to the fact that there classes armor has high mobility but low defense the soul who will use souls to cast magic spells they deal a lot of damage have high mobility high defense but in order to attack dodge or defend they cast spells which requires souls so if they run out of souls then they can't really do anything but you may ask how they get more soul's while there are many ways to get soul's such as crushing soul sand with a hammer or use cipher items one of the main ways is the bard the bard is a class that unlike the other classes they play instruments to do things such as boost allies movement speed attack or defense but also do things such as poison know back wither weaken or slow enemy's and even refuel the soul count of other people

2 Trinkets instruments and spells: all three of this item's share one thing in common they all have some kind of magic ability or abilities Spells are magic abilities that use souls and are for the soul class Trinkets are like spells except they use xp instead of souls allowing them to be used by any class there are also 5 kinds of trinkets warrior trinkets rogue trinkets soul trinkets bard trinkets and neutral trinket and no soul trinkets don't use souls and instruments have abilities that are mainly increasing the stats of your team or to decrease the stats of enemies they also use durability and not souls or xp they are also specifically for the bard class

3 Ethereal plane: the ethereal plane is a new dimension that doesn't spawn many enemies therefore it is useful for creating safe pathways between base or biome or really anything and yes I know the nether all ready does that since 8 blocks in the overworld is 1 block in the nether but the ethereal plane is also a large part of progression for the soul class I just had to add the feature since in D&D that's its purpose which yes i got the idea from D&D

Story: (Warning the story is a WIP it will most likely be changed) the story of Sky Rift is that one day in the peaceful world of Minecraft after people had advanced to the stage of diamonds and had colonized huge amounts of the world people started reporting things that look like cuts or scrapes or just damage in the sky it was so unbelievable that no one believed it but a few months later odd thing started appearing such

 as new ores or dangerous never seen before mobs no one knows where there coming from but it is noted that the new things started appearing near where the reports of the damages to the sky is then the things that were appearing started to become more and more dangerous eventually people couldn't live life like normal and people started getting worried about insane things and eventually a war broke out between people and the newly appearing things and some how some way the humans lost they had to flee run for there lives and soon it was all back to the wood age as if humanity was a sand castle washed away into the ocean.
