SmartDispensers

Adds a handful of additional behaviors to the vanilla dispenser block.

Hoes (any type) - Tills the grass/dirt in front of the dispenser, or turns coarse dirt into regular dirt.

Seeds (all) - Plants seeds on tilled dirt. Also works for planting cocoa beans on jungle logs or nether wart on soul sand.

Music Discs – Puts the music disc in a jukebox directly in front of the dispenser, and causes it to play. If a disc is already in the jukebox, it will pop out.

Saddles – Attempts to saddle up a pig/horse in front of the dispenser.

Swords – Will swing the sword at any mob standing in front of the dispenser.

Nametags - Names the mob in front of the dispenser using the nametag. Config option available to not consume nametags on use.

Saplings - Plants the sapling on the block in front of it, assuming that's a block that a sapling can normally be planted on.

Dyes - Will attempt to color the wool of a sheep directly in front of the dispenser.

Various Food Items - Breed animals directly in front of the dispenser

All of these behaviors are able to be disabled via a config file.
