Snowy Sounds and Rain add-on!❄️

Tons of resource packs seem to make trees and grass look snowy but for some reason they fail to make rain look and sound like snow and don't change footsteps on grass to sound like snow. This pack is an add-on that aims to fix packs like that! Hope you like it!
For whatever reason some people seem to have a glitch where if you have the weather sounds on with this pack it can sometimes glitch other sounds. the fix for this is turning off weather sounds. if somebody knows a fix for this please let me know.
