SoftCore: Holy&Dark Update

This mod adds 13 new dimensions to the game, 9 of the 13 dimensions can be encountered in the overworld as biomes.

The name of the dimensions/biomes are;

– Deep Darkness

– Candy Land

– Fiery Land

– Tropical

– Sakura Forest

– Dog Land

– Cat Land

– The Void

– Bouncy

– Icy Land 

– Darklands

– Skylands

– Chuckles and Knuckles (Joke Biome)

v1.0.9 changelog:

-Added Frog

-Removed Holy Altar, Dark Altar, Ultimate Altar

-Added Frog Leg and Cooked Frog Leg

-Frogs now attacks spiders, silverfishs, cave spiders and flies

-Changed Ruby Textures 

– Added Scorpion (Beta A3)

– Added End Shrines

– Added Ender Zombies

The Void And Bouncy biomes can not be encountered in the overworld, to enter to these biomes, you need to do the correct portal for that dimension

Q: The 1.0.9 update is taking so long, why?

A: it's because I'm lazy af too busy with homework and other projects


Q: Will there be a "HardCore" mod?

A: Yes, there is actually a beta version uploaded to MinecraftPatch, check it out!


Q: SoftCore releases for 1.16.x?

A: Of course YES, I will release releases for the next versions;

1.12.2

1.14.4 (Unstable, i will possibly no longer update this version)

1.15.2

1.16.5

And I don't know if I can make releases for other versions.


Q: SoftCore for fabric?

A: That would be a lot of work, I tried it some time ago, it didn't work out, but in the future, maybe there will be an official fabric port.


Q: Will you nerf the Super Charge? it's so OP

A: Yes, in 1.0.9 it will be nerfed, but the damage of some armor and weapons will remain the same, because the Super Charge will be more difficult to find in caves.


Q: You said this mod has mobs, but there are no new mobs, why didn't you add them?

A: Actually, there are some already implemented, check the lastest beta for 1.15.2 "Beta A3", it has Frogs, Flies, Butterflies, Rats and Scorpions, and there's more coming soon!


Q: Why did you change the name of the mod?

A: Actually it didn't change, i only added the update name but, that's because i figured out by a mistake that Softcore has another meaning that isn't related to Minecraft, i didn't pretend to do THAT but, i thought that name when i started creating the mod and how no one ever made a mod called like this, i used the name
