This mod offers the following helper items:

Slime Boost: This food offers high jump 2,absorption 1 and as a negative effect hunger 1.

Survivor Boost: Which offers strength 2,regeneration 2 and as a negative effect nausea 2

SwimSwim: Offers water breathing,dolphins grace and fatigue when mining

LifeShield: which provides health boost 2 and resistance.

WindFly: This food is designed to travel long distances at high speed. It grants speed 1,slow fall and weakness.

Frest: Grants invisibility,night vision and hunger

MinerGrace: This food grants up to 2, night vision, luck and weakness.

NetherSuport: As its name indicates, it will help us to navigate the nether in a much easier way, since it gives us resistance to fire,health boost 2,regeneration and hunger.

These not only compensate with a negative effect but also can only be carried in stacks of 8.
