I found this map at https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/stardew-valley-but-in-minecraft-v1-15-2/  All credit belongs to banhmr.

Using command blocks and mods I have come up with a functional Stardew Valley Clone in Minecraft!

This is a WIP but it is very playable!
