Survival Command Blocks

Adds six blocks that are triggered by redstone power.  They cannot be edited like actual command blocks.  They do the following:

–Weather : execute /toggledownfall

–Sky : tp the nearest player up by 64 blocks from where they started

–4 Gamerule Blocks: toggle one of the following game rules: naturalRegeneration, mobGriefing, doFireTick, doDaylightCycle

The recipe for each block can be disabled individually in the config file.

If you run this on a server, I suggest not letting your players have the gamerule blocks, since these work globally.  But the Sky block can be fun as a simple magic elevator.
