Tags of undying are crafted by combining a nametag and a totem of undying in an anvil.

(must be renamed afterwards to be applicable!)

Right-clicking while sneaking when holding a Tag of undying will adjust the spawn position of that tag.

Any Entity named with this special nametag will be teleported to the location set in the Tag when dying.
