Toggle Game Mode v0.1

Does what the name says Simple.

Features:

• Change gamemode per player
• Change player gamemodes when they enter world

Usage:
Switch your game mode (survival <-> creative):

/tgm

Switch other player's game mode (survival <-> creative):

/tgm <nickname>

Switch your gamemode to creative:

/tgm c

Switch your gamemode to survival:

/tgm s

Switch other player's gamemode to creative:

/tgm <nickname> c

Switch other player's gamemode to survival:

/tgm <nickname> s

It's really simple.

Permissions:
Switching your gamemode requires the tgm.self permissions, switching other players' game mode requires the tgm.others permission. Both default to op-only.
