在神秘时代4的研究笔记中，不可解锁的研究显示的名称如果是英文，则会显示用标准银河字母渲染出来，但如果是非英文字母，其将不显示或显示其原来的样子。
本mod则是修改了mc的标准银河字母渲染方式，使得任意Unicode字符都可以用标准银河字母来显示出来（虽然显示出来的无法翻译成正确的句子），也因此可能适用于其它mod的本地化兼容。
In Thaumcraft 4's research book, a note, which player could not do research on, will display names that are rendered in standard galactic letters if they are English, but if they are non-English letters, they will not be displayed or will be displayed their original appearance.
This mod, on the other hand, modifies the way mc renders the standard galactic alphabet so that any Unicode character can be displayed in the standard galactic alphabet (although what is displayed cannot be translated into the correct sentence), and therefore may be applicable to other mods for localization compatibility.
Thaumcraft 4の研究書の中で、プレイヤーが研究できなかったノートは、英語であれば標準銀河文字でレンダリングされた名前が表示されますが、英語以外の文字であれば、表示されないか、元の姿が表示されます。
一方、このMODはmcの標準銀河文字のレンダリング方法を変更し、Unicode文字であれば標準銀河文字で表示できるようにしたもので（ただし、表示されたものを正しい文章に翻訳することはできません）、他のMODでもローカライズの互換性のために適用できる可能性があります。
