Thu'um (
) is a bukkit plugin that allows players to perform shouts or Thu`um's as seen in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. There is currently a configurable cooldown for each shout which can be changed in the config.
WARNING This plugin is currently under development in early Alpha Beta..

- /Shout <shout> – Performs a shout
Configuration

Permissions
- thuum.* – Grants access to all Thu`um permissions
- thuum.shout – Allows you to use /shout
- thuum.unrelentingforce – Allows you to use the UnrelentingForce shout
- thuum.whirlwindsprint – Allows you to use the WhirlwindSprint shout
- thuum.firebreath – Allows you to use the FireBreath shout
- thuum.frostbreath – Allows you to use the FrostBreath shout
- thuum.becomeethereal – Allows you to use the BecomeEthereal shout
- thuum.clearskies – Allows you to use the ClearSkies shout
