TicketManager
Features
Users create tickets that are tagged (by scanning their posts and searching for terms set in the config.yml), which are then used by admins to find where they're needed. Admins can then teleport to the place where the tag was created.
Tickets can be updated with comments by either relevant admins or the initial user.
As the plugin uses MySQL, this can be integrated into a web interface or even a small application to push new requests to admins.

Configuration
A config.yml file will be generated on first launch, with examples of each syntax. Specifically, you can configure MySQL details, the display order of output tickets (the comments and when looking at new tickets), and valid tags (as well as their applicable search terms).
