Time Stop

Yes, this is a jojo's reference. Adds an item that allows you to stop time(does not effect projectiles for some reason). Both the texture pack and datapack are in the folder downloaded.

While time is stopped, the user is invisible and invincible. No other mob can see, move, jump, attack, or break blocks. Costs 5 xp to stop time for 10 seconds.
