Done with MCreator.

Gamerules:

The most important gamerule – Food Depleting Value (foodDepletingValue) – This number gamerule affect you with a small chance of losing health on tick. Every point above 1 increase this effect chance by 33%. 0 disable it.

True/False gamerules:

Sickness Based:

Apply Flu

Apply Stroke

Apply Parasites

Apply Necrosis

Apply Rabies

Apply Pneumonia

Apply Indigestion

Apply Scorch

Apply Deep Wounds

Other:

Satiation (satiation) – Disable/Weakens “Food Depleting” when Food Value is high.

Apply Starvation (applyStarvation) – When below 6 Hunger Points (3 full) you are unable to attack or break blocks, and when below 4 Hunger Points (2 full) you are unable to jump. Might cause Nausea.

Drowned are drowning players (drownedCanDrown) – Drowned attacks decrease oxygen value to 1 and drag you downward when in water.

Miner’s poisoning (minersPoisoning) – When deep below ground (below 30), this effect might cause Poison. Helmet disable this gamerule.

Drain food after sleeping (drainFoodAfterSleeping)

Spiders apply Necrosis (spidersApplyNecrosis) – When Necrosis Default is True, only Zombies apply Necrosis potion effect, but this gamerule can change it.

Freezing of the Void (freezingOfTheVoid) – Deal damage over time when your Armor Value in the End is below 20 (10 full).

Burning air of Hell (burningAirOfHell) – This gamerule is extermely hard to play with, burning you while in the Nether. The lower you are and the higher your armor value is, the burning chance is increased. Burning chance is disabled when you armor value is equal 0 or 1 and your height in the Nether is above 40. There are also other factors that disable this effect like Resistance potion effect, Fire Resistance potion effect and Netherite items, Protection or Fire protection enchantment on full set (can be mixed).

This mod works with Tough as Nails, but you have to remember to better disable Burning air of Hell in order to play with TaN intentions. With BaoH gamerule you have to collect leaf armor and enchant it with protection in order to enter the Nether.
