Description
This project contains the Minetweaker Scripts and Configs that are needed for a begin-game nerfed and end-game OP ore processing system. I made these for the Void of Magic/Tech modpack specifically, but they can be partially or totally re-used for new sets of mods.
Without changes, the scripts and configs support the following mods:
- Another One Bites the Dust (core)
- Botania (chain)
- Ender IO
- Factorization (chain)
- Forestry
- Galacticraft
- Immersive Engineering
- Industrialcraft 2 Experimental (core)
- Iron Chests
- Mekanism (chain)
- Nuclearcraft
- Thaumcraft (chain)
- Technomancy (chain)
- Witching Gadgets (clusters need to be changed to aobd clusters if not included)
Ore Processing
The nerf consists of the fact that ores and semi-products, produce 8 times less end-products than normal; nuggets instead of ingots and IC2 tiny dusts* instead of dusts.
The OP processing line consists of 20 processing steps, utilising 6 different mods, resulting in an eventual yield of over 38 ingots per ore.
There are also shortcuts in this line that allow you to skip steps, but will reduce the eventual yield.
Currently, pickaxe, armour and Iron Chest recipes have been nerfed to not make early-game progression terribly hard.
The configs that are in the downloads are purely meant to change recipes that would have been changed with Minetweaker if that was possible. Sagmill, AlloyFurnace and aobd are for EnderIO. Blast Furnace is for Industrialcraft and thus, core.
*Which is another reason why IC2 is vital to the functioning of this script.
