What?
WeatherReducer is a Minecraft bukkit mod that allows the frequency with which weather occurs to be reduced by a certain percent.
The percent can be altered by command or by changing the value in the config file.
Commands

/wr change <percent> — This command allows one to set the percent chance that a weather event will occur to any number between 0 and 1 inclusive (0 being 0%, .5 being 50%, and 1 being 100%). The commands permissions are currently defaulted to op and cannot yet be changed.

/wr show — shows the current percent.
