Welcome Bar
Info
Whenever a player joins your server, It will display a welcome message for them where the EnderDragon bar is.
This uses the BarAPI, available here… http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/bar-api/
A custom welcome message is now an available feature. Also includes the standard Bukkit Color and Formatting codes in the config.

Config Replacement Variables
*%name – Gets players name
*%online – Gets online player count.
*%max – Gets max player count.

Commands
* /WelcomeBar reload – Reloads the config.
Permissions
* WelcomeBar.Reload – Allows /WelcomeBar reload.
