DISCLAIMER: I know there are resource packs that does this like Old Ores Texture and Old Ores for the Cave Update and also my texturing is kinda bad for the deepslate versions but this is my first ever resource pack and I am not that good at texturing stuff so keep that in mind if you download this.

There are two types of people, people that hate the new 1.17 ore textures and people that love the new 1.17 ore textures, this is for the people that hate it.

With this resource pack it removes any case that the new ore texture is used (except diamonds because all they changed for diamonds is made it a bit more 'shiny'), replacing the normal ore blocks and the deepslate version.
