Description
A ConstBreak is a tool that breaks all blocks and takes an equal amount of time to do it, be it obsidian or dirt. Shift+RClick with the tool in mainhand will switch the duration.
Makes building with a variety of blocks significantly more convenient. Also useful when trying to precisely destroy wires in a messy wiring setup.
The times it can take to mine a block are configurable, as is the tools harvest level.
