Welcome to Cross Stitch Colours,
This mod adds over 400 colours in to Minecraft based on Cross Stitching Colours,
The first version is Creative only but the future will give us survival options two, this mod is great for map makers or pixel art users, but it was created so cross stitch MC players can map trial there ideas out before
starting a new cross stitching project.
Why is the colour name different?
The names are based on a few sources and not all are the same, sadly we are unable to tell you 100% what the name is, so the name will be close to the real colour in most cases but might not be 100%
Where is colour X?
Have I missed a colour out, please comment with the Hex colour and the colour code eg a DMC colour code so I can research that colour, thanks.
Can I include this in a modpack?
Yes
Does this work on servers?
Yes
Does this work in survival?
Only if you use a vending block or Recipe/Craft Tweaker or other tools that can give you blocks, but not with recipes or world gen.
Do you plan to make this work in survival?
Sadly not after trying to make a way to get all 400+ colours in the game it would just take two much work, we was thinking the stone cutter but the UI is so small
it’s hard to tell what the colour ID is, and there isn’t a way to search, I would recommend using a mod like Vender Blocks or alikes and selling the blocks to your server users or to set up a place in your survival world where you would have to pay for them.
