Dead Guy's Hallucination Nightmare is a mod which adds the Phantoms in 1.12.2, yes, it adds the Phantom Membranes too, you can't repair elytra whit 'em because you can use leather, so it would be more pointless, well, it is pointless but whatever.

The Phantoms spawn in the Overworld and The End.
