IE Cloche Fertilizer

Adds other fertilizers to the IE cloche.

Currently it adds apatite and phyto-gro from Thermal.

Apatite has a 1.25 modifier (same as bone meal)

Phyto-gro has a 1.5 modifier.

These might change but probably not by too much.

You can change the modifiers yourself by opening the json files with a text editor.

If there are any other fertilizers you want me to add just let me know in the comments.
