this plugin allows the users to fly from the time they log in to the time they log out, but for a price.

Commands
- /fly – user starts flying
- /fly stop – user stops flying

Configuration
price – double value. price for flying
free ops – boolean value. true for ops fly for free
flyers name – String value. how to display a players name when flying. 16 characters max
constant updates enable – updates player's fly status every 20th of a second(may cause minor lag)
