Description
A simple server-side mod that prevents rain timer from being reset after sleep and gives a chance for rain to continue after players woke up.
Made this mod for myself because I love rain and hate the vanilla feature that resets the rain timer on waking up, so if you sleep every night you won't have any rain at all in your world.
Rain and thunder continuation chance can be changed in mod config, and you can also disable the rain timer reset.
Thunder continuation chance is set relatively to rain continuation chance. E.g. default values are 0.5 for both options and it means that rain continuation chance after sleep is 0.5 and thunder continuation chance is 0.5*0.5=0.25 and the chance that rain will continue without thunder is also 0.25 (rain chance – thunder chance).
Made for 1.16.3, but also works fine on 1.16.4.
