Description
Gives you a random potion effect when killing a player (or a mob, using a gamerule.) Potion effects are only good, unless you change that using a gamerule.
Adds 2 new gamerules:
– doMobsGiveEffects: Toggles whether or not mobs should give potion effects or not.
– badPotionEffects: Toggles whether or not you can get bad potion effects.
