Aims To Reduce Server Load and Therefore Lag By Stopping Pointless Mob Spawns.
Currently Catches And Cancels Mob Spawns For Mobs Which Would Despawn In The Following Tick Anyway.
Technical Info:
Uses the CreatureSpawnEvent to montior mob spawns and if they meet the despawn conditions it cancels the spawn to prevent the server from dealing with pointlessly spawned mobs for a tick (this happens alot)
