Description
A simple mod that allows the player to capture and release mobs for easy transport.
Does not work on boss mobs (e.g. Dragon, Wither, etc.). Works on passive mobs (animals, villagers, squid, fish, etc.)
The “diamond” Mob Catcher will capture/release passive mobs.
The “netherite” Mob Catcher will capture/release hostile mobs.
There is a datapack mode that can be enabled via the config. A sample datapack is available in the Datapacks channel on our Discord channel. The datapack allows you to customize which mobs the mob catchers work on.
