Nutelli (A Sweetened Peanut Cocoa Spread) And Peanuts

First collect sap by killing an Allergic Reaction. Follow the recipe for Sappy Obsidian atleast 10 times. Build a portal frame (like the one for the nether) then ignite the portal with the special igniter.
