Potion of Gluttony

Adds a potion, the potion of Gluttony (fast eating potion, fep), that allows the player to consume food and potions faster. The potion is brewed with cocoa beans and awkward potions.

The mod also modifies the cookies. They give you the gluttony effect for 3 seconds and each cookie you consume increases the level of the effect up until level 3.

Compatible with Mystic Alchemy mod.
