Features:

Adds Biome Chests!

• Lush Chests
• Rocky Chests
• Wooden Chests
• Stone Chests
• Gold Chests

These chests spawn all over the world and in caves and are filled with lots of loot.

Loot for each chest type is different making it important to explore different biomes.

Biome chests hold the same amount as a double chest despite being only 1 block wide.

Adds Clay Pots!

• Clay Pot
• Lush Pot
• Rocky Pot
• Molten Pot

Break these pots to get simple items like torches, coal, arrows, iron nuggets, some biome specific loot, a potion or 2, and even sometimes some more rare items.

Adds Mimics!

Naturally spawning chests have a chance to turn into a mimic when you interact with them.

Mimics are very dangerous but have a chance to drop a mimic core.

Mimics can spawn naturally which can be disabled in the config.

If the mimics are too hard to fight this can be adjusted in the config.

Adds Mimic Pets!

Combining a mimic core and a mimic key will make a pet mimic key.

Using this on a chest will transform it into a pet mimic that will follow you around.

The best part is you can store items in your bitey little friend.

right click to open the mimic and crouch right click to make the mimic sit.

You can heal your pet mimic with meat like you would a wolf.

Notable feature:

When making your own mimics, pet or otherwise, after transformation the mimic will keep all the items that were inside the chest before it became a mimic.

The inventory of non pet mimics cannot be accessed but will drop upon death which can make for some fun custom mimic loot.

You can change spawn rates and the chance a chest will be a mimic inside of the config.

A: I will be keeping the mod updated but I will not be backporting.
